Music was the first thing that drew my attention to Mongolia: Uka, NMN, Dulguun, Enerel, The Shom, Magnet Brain, Miralza, Orgil, Enguun, Ankhmaa… too many amazing artists to even list!!
Just as a fluke experiment, I decided to import some physical albums from Hi-Fi Records Mongolia: I never thought my albums would even come. Instead, they arrived in Los Angeles from Ulaanbaatar in three days! How is that logistically possible?? I had to sign for their delivery, and even the Post Office guy was stunned by this strange package from such a remote place. Haha!
